All of our juices, smoothies, bites, salads are made with organic ingredients as available. We use local produce when in season and available. All items are gluten free and most items are dairy free - those that contain dairy are clearly labeled.
3 Levels of Sage Cleanses
We all know that healthy nutrition is a long-term commitment. But if you’re looking to reset your habits, conquer cravings, and shake off sluggishness, a Sage cleanse is where to start.
We offer 3 levels of cleansing for 1, 3, or 5 day packages
(All cleanses are made fresh on Tuesday mornings and ready for pick up after 10am (unless otherwise instructed). All cleanses must be prepaid 72 hours in advance and require 48 hour cancellation notice for a full refund).
All cleanse orders must be placed by 6:00pm on the Friday before the Tuesday pick up.
Our juices are cold pressed, cold pressed juice protects and preserves the nutrients of the fruits and vegetables. Since the cold press juicer presses the produce to extract the juice, no heat is involved. You get 100% of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and nutrients when you drink cold pressed juice.
We suggest 2 to 3 days before cleansing, try to cut out caffeine, processed foods, added sugars and alcohol.
Drink your first drink immediately upon waking, and drink your next juice in order every two hours thereafter. Remembering to drink water throughout the day as well.
We use organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Introductory Cleanse
A great way to introduce yourself to juice cleansing, full of fruits and veggies.
This includes 5 cold pressed juices per day and a vanilla almond milk to start the day.
